Hello, Friends —

Last weekend I was in Boca Raton catching rays at the pool (speaking at an event for Eastern Nazarene College) and hanging out with music legend Phil Keaggy, whom I must have on the radio show soon! But now I’m in NYC and the temperature is about 18 degrees. In between, it’s been a busy week. Yesterday I was interviewed by the National Geographic for a documentary about “The Pope and Hitler” and most nights this week I was at a conference on spiritual warfare hosted by Ken Fish (see radio details below), except for the evening when my producer Chris Himes and I had dinner with an Angel Tree donor. And of course every afternoon I was in the Empire State Building doing a radio show! By the way, thank you for listening, and please share these podcasts with your friends.

Bless you!

This week on The Eric Metaxas Show:

Monday
In the wake of the Super Bowl, Eric gave a simultaneously profound and hilarious commentary on the now famous Doritos ad and NARAL’s “epitaph” tweet about it.

Then Rev. John Rankin, president of the Theological Education Institute, visited the studio to offer a fresh approach to conversations about the life issue.

Tuesday
Rev. John Rankin, theology and policy expert extraordinaire, returned for another hour to continue his conversation with Eric.

“The Ear” classical music movement founder Alf Bishaishared how he is making classical music cool again and how New Yorkers can help at their Leap Day concert onFebruary 29th.

Wednesday
Marriage advocate and Eric’s longtime friend Sheila Weberbrought us up to speed on Marriage Week and why presidential candidates should be talking about it.

Ken Fish visited the studio to discuss his ministry and what deliverance looks like. He shared some “super freaky” stories about casting out evil spirits around the world. Literally.

Thursday
Rich Lowry spent a few moments giving his thoughts on the GOP primaries. And John Rankin returned for a fourth hour to discuss the need for strong Christians in politics and how he thinks it can happen.

Michael A Youssef joined Eric to talk about his latest book Jesus, Jihad, and Peace: What Bible Prophecy Says About World Events Today.

Friday
After getting bombarded with hundreds of emails demanding “Eric Metaxas Show” mugs, Eric and Chris hosted another mug-a-thon!

Ken Fish came back for another “super freaky” hour to continue telling his unbelievable stories and explain how the presence of evil spirits is not much different today than it was in biblical times.
